Designed to ensure pleasure..

The Pearl Gravel Al is a light alloy gravel frame set with a full carbon fork that has been designed to meet all needs of a modern day Gravel grinder.
The Alloy frame set is made of Dedaccia 7003 heat treated aluminium. it is light, stiff and reliable. The frame is fitted with all of the holes need for bike packing, traveling or commuting. The complete bike weight is roughly 9,5kg with Fulcrum tubeless ready rims and GRX 400 which is super light and can keep up with a carbon frame. The tyre clearance is 47 mm for a 28″ wheel set and still leave enough space for fenders.
The advantage is you can order your Pearl with almost any tyres this bike was equipped with Tufo Speedero 42mm, which can handle almost everything. In comparison to most entry level gravel bikes the Gravel AL more on the lighter side, which makes the climbing and exceleration easier. The added stiffness that the Deda 7003 alloy ensures an optimized power transmission which is a comforting for the more performance orientated Grinders.
The rides that I tested the bike on where more traditional forest and gravel paths around northern Germany. Fast flat gravel highways through the Sachsenwald and a couple gravel bike paths throughout the city. The Performance was perfect with the exception of the frame being a bit stiff. Hence I would go with a carbon seat post for the future
All in all a great bike with all the extras for bike packing or commuting, the advantages of a lightweight performance frames, allows it to be used as competitative steed on the tarmac. There is simply not a huge difference in stiffness to a carbon frame.
